About Tree House Blue
Tree House Blue is the brainchild of Susie and Peter Kennedy, who started the company out of their front room back in the autumn of 2006.
The inspiration and motivation behind creating an outlet through which one could source and purchase unique, traditional and quality gifts, stemmed from a "year out" in New Zealand, where they spent 10 months with their two sons (then 6 and 4!) in the remote town of Corramandel and travelled the northern hemisphere. It was the "back to basics" lifestyle and mentality that made them realise that actually, for all the advancements of the modern world, perhaps we had left behind some worth while and precious values.
And so it was that Tree House Blue was created, and Susie set about finding a range of products which reflected the values that she and Peter had rediscovered. Predominently focused on children and babies (did we mention that they had a baby daughter in the autum of 2004!?), the range of products has evolved and widened, and today Tree House Blue is now the home of a wide and ecclectic choice of gifts and toys to suit all occassions and ages!
Our website offers an easy to use way to find and purchase that special present, maybe a little treat for yourself and a chance to catch up with our news through our Blog, whilst our shop in Walton and the new Reigate shop offer the ability to parouse more leisurely in an enviroment which offers friendly professional assistance and of course that extra touch of gift wrapping should you require it, not to mention grabbing a quick birthday card and a quatre of your favourite traditional sweets!
