The leather is wonderfully soft, it has two small side zipped pockets and two zipped pockets on the front and back of the bag. Inside the bag has two pockets on one side and a zipped pocket on the other. The handles are adjustable and long enough to hold over your shoulder but short enough to also hold in your hand.
