Postage Rates
Postage is to the UK and will depend on the weight and amount you are purchasing:
For small light items postage will be £3.95 and sent by Royal Mail, other than in December, when small items will be sent by courier at £5.95 to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
For medium sized items that fit into a courier bag will be £5.95 and sent by a next day courrier.
For heavier / larger /awkward shaped items such as stoves and tents, hobby horses, postage is £6.95.
NB- Certain delivery postcodes in the UK are subject to a courier surcharge of between £14 and £20 - if your parcel falls into one of these, we will contact you to advise you before processing your order.
European Deliveries
If you require your order to be delivered to Europe, we estimate a delivery cost of £19.95, however this is an estimate and we will confirm this cost once the order has been received.
Delivery
When items are in stock we aim to despatch the order within 5-7 working days within the UK. However some items are made to order and so in these cases delivery can take up to 14 working days. If we do not have your items in stock we will contact you to notify you on the estimated date of delivery.
If you need an item by a specific date, please do let us know and we will do our best to ensure that you get it in good time.
Methods of Payment
We can accept the following debit and credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Delta. Alternatively you can ring us at the office to place an order and then post us a cheque made payable to Tree House Blue Ltd and please include your home address and cheque card number on the back. Cheques take up to 14 days to clear so unfortunately cheque orders will take longer to process than credit card orders.
Returns
Please check all items immediately upon arrival. Some products vary slightly. If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, please call us on 01737 245431. You can return all unused items within 14 days for a full refund or an exchange. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items with the exception of faulty goods, postage cannot be refunded and we will not give refunds until the goods have been received back. Returned items must be in their original packaging. For damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your postage costs. When returning goods we recommend using registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.

Many of our products are made by artisans and craftsman so they may vary slightly - we make every effort to ensure that products leave us in pristine condition and that the descriptions and specifications are correct. All sizes are approximate and all products are inclusive of VAT. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on the website is correct Tree House Blue cannot accept any responsibility for any errors made. Tree House Blue reserves the right to change the designs and products at any time.
