Based on a Guatemalan legend, the idea is that you tell the worry doll your problem, tuck it under your pillow, and it will worry in your place, banishing it by morning!
Made in Yorkshire, the craft kits are available as both Worry Dolls and Worry Sheep and retail at £9.95.
Each one includes all the materials needed to make three dolls, and comes with a little bag to pop them in before they go under the pillow!
